Snowshoe hiking
Trudging through the untouched Tyrolean mountains on snowshoes is a very special experience. Where the path ends, that’s where the real experience begins for nature lovers. Accompanied by a local mountain and hiking guide, you’ll find your way to the most charming spots in no time.
Carriage rides
Enjoy a romantic carriage ride across the valley or to Vilsalpsee Nature Reserve. Snuggled up in a warm blanket, all you can hear is the soft trample of hooves in the snow, and the wonderful silence of nature. Pure romance!
Balloon rides
Admire Tannheimer Tal and the Bavarian Alpine foothills from a whole new perspective! In good visibility conditions, you can even enjoy the view of Zugspitze and the imposing peaks of South Tyrol and Switzerland.
Ice skating
Do your pirouettes on frozen Lake Haldensee and enjoy the perfect winter idyll. The large area, one kilometre long and 750 metres wide, is also ideal for ice curling. We’ll be happy to provide you with more information at the hotel.
Tobogganing
How about a tobogganing trip? After a walk and the traditional stop at an Alpine hut, you’ll whizz down the valley on two runners. Your children will love it … and so will you!
